My only real complaint about this place is very poor communication. It took two people attempting to contact the manager several attempts to get ahold of anyone to even book the stay. There was never anyone at the office when I went by to report the broken stove, and this is over about a 5 day stay. Also we ended up checking out a day early and I was never able to get in touch with anyone for a final invoice/receipt. I went by the office 4 times at different times of day over two days, and called both numbers on the website. Left a message on one of them. emailed when I got home to let them at least know that we had left, and again for a final invoice and never heard back. As long as you don't care about any kind of communication, this is a very nice place to stay.
Well located and the cabins are very nice. Pretty well appointed with fridge, stove, etc. The stove didn't work, but that was not too big a deal.
Place to rejuvenate completely...
I had contacted the Ranch owner about having our wedding there last year. We had attended a wedding their before and it was perfect for the type of atmosphere we wanted for our wedding. After trying to get a hold of the owner for months, I finally received an e-mail back. She explained the details and sent over a contract. It was a little expensive, but we were willing to pay for it. Again, I tried getting a hold of the owner to schedule and send off the final contract, but it was 2 MONTHS before I heard back from her again. When I did hear back, she stated that the prices on the food per plate went up $1.50. After we heard this, we could not afford to pay for it anymore. A lot of people honor their prices beforehand if they were in talks with a customer, but they didn't and it made me upset because we could not have our wedding there anymore.
